Aditya Birla plans for exclusive electronic stores

This year has been the most active for IT products and consumer electronic market in India and slowly and gradually India is following the path of most developed countries. And to put India on this path we have as usual some of the big names like Tata, Reliance, and Aditya Birla. Few months back only we have seen few of the announcements from Tata and Reliance that they will be coming up with electronic super markets in metros of India. And now the Aditya Birla also announced that they will be opening their CDIT retail stores nation wide. According to announcement made they are expected to start 150 outlets by 2010 and will have suppliers like Godrej, Videocon, LG and Samsung.
