Nucleus Software Bonus shares Record Date

Nucleus software had in its last board meeting has recommended to issue bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 to their existing share holders and now we have also got the record date for the issue of this bonus shares. Nucleus software has decided the record date for the issue of bonus shares is 6th August 2007.
